Opt-In Bubble Widget:
Merchants can now install an Opt-in bubble widget on their website to collect more WhatsApp subscribers. This feature will help merchants to increase their subscriber base and improve their messaging strategy.
Social Snow Ball Integration:
We have integrated our platform with the Social Snow Ball loyalty point app, which will allow merchants to send loyalty points notifications on SMS and WhatsApp using Recovero. This feature will help merchants to reward their customers and increase brand loyalty.
Teaser Button in Signup Form:
We have added a teaser or floating button that can be used with Signup forms, ensuring that users can open the Signup form using a floating teaser button widget even after closing the Signup form. This feature will improve the usability of our platform and enhance the user experience.
Fixes:
Keyword Auto Reply:
We have removed the keyword auto-reply for subscription confirmation messages, ensuring that the default opt-in message will not be sent. This fix will improve the messaging experience for our users.
Revenue Attribution Analytics:
We have fixed an issue with some automations and campaigns that were not recording revenue attribution earlier. The issue has been resolved, and revenue attribution is now working correctly.
Subscriber Segmentation:
We have updated our subscriber segmentation feature to filter subscribers based on channels, ensuring that the count is based only on the selected channel. This update will improve the accuracy of our analytics and help merchants to make better-informed decisions.

Dear Recovero users,
We are excited to announce the release of Recovero version 2.0.0
This release includes several important bug fixes and new features that will enhance your experience using our platform.
Here are the key changes and updates that have been implemented:
New Features:
  • Now use WhatsApp with Recovero
  • We have added the ability to send all emails from SignUp forms in Klaviyo and Omnisend.
Fixes:
  • WhatsApp Template Category update according to latest Meta Update
  • Sync all orders and checkouts from Shopify stores
  • In clone request, the channel was not appearing in the signup form. This has now been fixed.
  • While using the keyword trigger, the message will now be visible in the conversation (mobile view).
  • In the onsite script for several store, the popup was not visible. This has now been fixed.
  • The links in messages were not opening. This issue has been resolved.
  • In conversation, when a subscriber opts out, the app user will now be able to see the old conversation.
  • In the Template page, when the user opens the default template, a go back button has been added to go back to the initial page.
  • In the conversation page, when the user clicks on an image, it will now redirect to a new page.
  • We have resolved the cookies not set issue.
  • We have added enable/disable in integration cards.
  • In the campaign for message template limit, we have changed parse int to parse float.
  • We have updated the template category to the new Meta Policy.
  • In the Signupform and Backinstock builder, we have changed the Closing to Submitting text.
  • We have added Dynamic Consent in the Signupform and Backinstock builder, and made it mandatory.
  • In the setting page, we have changed the email validation for incoming email addresses.
  • In clone request, the channel was not coming in the segment list. This has been fixed.
